Background Story
Vetivo started from a simple belief: clinics need one clear operating system for memberships.
Vetivo was shaped by a pattern we kept seeing in veterinary medicine: clinics were committed to preventive care memberships, but the day-to-day systems around those programs were fragmented. Enrollment might happen in one tool, payment follow-up in another, reporting in spreadsheets, and operational accountability spread across too many disconnected workflows. Teams were doing the right work, but they were carrying unnecessary operational burden to make it all function.
We built Vetivo to reduce that burden through one connected operating model. The platform brings plan design, enrollment activation, recurring billing workflows, account management, and leadership visibility into a single system teams can actually run in real clinic conditions. Instead of adding another layer of complexity, Vetivo is designed to simplify execution and create shared clarity across front desk, clinical staff, managers, and ownership.
Just as important, we are intentional about what Vetivo is not. Vetivo is not insurance and it is not a third-party program that takes ownership away from the clinic. It is a practice-owned membership platform that helps veterinary teams keep control of their patient relationships, their care model, and their recurring revenue operations.
Over time, that approach creates compounding benefits: clearer staff workflows, stronger payment continuity, better reporting discipline, and more confidence in strategic decisions. The objective is practical and measurable: help practices run memberships with less manual friction, improve continuity of care, and build healthier long-term operations.
